Does Slow Global only sell to retailers?

Yes, orders on this site are open to retailers only. However, if you are an individual customer and would like to purchase our products, please contact us and we will provide you with the dealer nearest to you.

Placing the order is very simple. Simply fill the cart with the required items. After you have finished shopping, send us your order by clicking the “send order” button. Once the ‘order is received, we will contact by phone or email to confirm item availability and timing. We will then confirm appropriate payment methods and shipping dates.

We accept many payment methods. Once we receive an order, we will always confirm the accepted payment method by phone or email before payment.

Yes, we ship overseas all over the world using express courier service. Shipping to EU and non-EU countries is calculated based on the volume and weight of the package. We will always inform you about shipping charges by phone or e-mail before sending.

In accordance with the law governing wholesale trade (Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999, Article 3), all orders are final and we are unable to accept withdrawal on any order. However, we will always do our best to correct errors and/or replace damaged items should they occur, and most importantly, to ensure that our customers are always satisfied with their purchases.

Yes, the goods travel with DDT and the invoice will be transmitted through the SDI system according to the law.
